Limits and usage

How daily and per-minute limits are counted and what members see.

Defaults

New accounts get 50 questions per rolling 24 hours and 5 questions per minute. You can change both per member in the console. Allowed ranges are 1 to 100000 per day and 1 to 600 per minute.

How questions are counted

• The daily limit is a rolling 24-hour window, not a calendar day.
• A question is counted when it passes the checks and is sent to the model.
• If the model provider fails, the question is not counted against the member.
• Refused requests (over a limit, not signed in) are never counted and never reach the model.
